Instructor's Corner American Red Cross Instructors are dedicated to saving lives through training others. When medical emergencies happen, basic lifesaving skills can make all the difference. Last fiscal year, our chapter trained 18,499 individuals in our community. You can help make a difference. Visit the Instructor's Corner on a regular basis for the latest Health and Safety Services information. Questions and support needs should be directed to the Training Support Center at 1-800-RED-CROSS. The TSC can help instructors with course registrations, course records entry, ordering training supplies, equipment purchases, as well as discuss any questions or concerns. The TSC is open from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday; 7:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. ESTon Saturday; 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST on Sunday.
